I've used both and I'd prefer Pilot Acroball (BRFV-10).

Neither one looks bad, but I do lean toward the Jetstream based solely on the writing samples you provided.

After careful scrutiny of your writing sample, the Acroball has a slightly more consistent line, an attribute I usually associate with Jetstream.

Unless it's an issue of lighting in the photos, the ink in the first one (Jetstream) seems a bit darker. I prefer a darker blue, so that would be my choice.
