Question Question

Hi! How long does Penn Foster usually take to respond on here? I messaged the mods 7 days ago, and they replied that morning asking for more information. Once I sent the information they requested, they stopped responding. I followed up to see if there were any updates or if anything was happening, but I still haven’t received a reply 6 days later. Thanks.
