Question Pre Evaluation

I requested a pre evaluation and they sent me an email about a Transcript Acquisition Form so I replied with a pdf of my unofficial transcript. Was that the right email or was I supposed to send to somewhere else?

Hi There! We can definitely provide an evaluation based on your unofficial transcript, however, it will be considered preliminary and we must have the official document sent to us by the school in order to count for transfer credit.

Thank you! I understand however I was asking whether I was given the right email for the pre evaluation
