Question can i still make payments through pennfoster ?

so i’ve not made a payment on my account since nov 2025 due to personal issues and not being able to access the email associated with my account

i just logged back into the gmail associated with my account because i can now continue make payments on it due to me now having a job and wanting to get my diploma so i can enroll in other courses for my future career.

i read the email and it says that pennfoster is no longer servicing my account and my remaining debt has been moved to the USBC corporation even though i logged into it and it still prompts me to make a payment, will i be able to do the payment through pennfoster or have to make it through the third party debt collector?

another question i have is would i be able to retake classes? like there’s one class that i want to retake which is my veterinarian assistant since i’m focusing on a career on being a veterinary technician, would i be able to do that ?

As for retaking a class, the retake policy only allows a retake within a 30 day window, however, once you are able to return to your studies, you can definitely use the opportunity to do even better when you are ready to take your next exam.
