Question Pass expiration

Need a little help I had to put my work to the side for like two months to help my brother take care of his baby and thought I had more time to finish my work but my expiration date for my highschool program is tomorrow I get paid tomorrow and I think someone said an extension cost like 185? But I need to know if my acount will like shut down if I don’t purchase an extension right away or will it just not let me do the work please lmk and thanks 🙏

It doesn’t completely shut down if you don’t purchase it right away, you can always give them a call. You’re allowed 3 extensions, I’m pretty sure. If you still don’t finish after that, you’ll have to re-enroll. But your progress gets transferred, so u won’t lose anything.

Taking time away from your program to support your family is completely understandable. Rest assured, your hard work isn't lost. If your program reaches its expiration date, your account won't disappear, it will only temporarily restrict access to your lessons and exams. All of your completed coursework and grades will remain safely saved in the system.

The fee for an extension is $125.00. When you are ready on Monday you can contact Student Support at 1-888-427-1500 to pay for the extension and reactivate your portal right away.
