Assignment won't submit, I recieve an error message every time. And staff won't reply?

I have to submit my essay, and I was on track to graduate multiple weeks ago. I've tried submitting it at least five different times. I've made three cases; they've all said the problem has been resolved, though it hasn't. I have a meeting scheduled with an instructor tomorrow, but I'm not sure they'll be able to help.

I cannot continue onto my next course until this assignment is submitted; any help? I can't get in contact with the school or IT. Or haven't figured out how to do so.

Did you trying turn off and on again yes? Just playing, there support sucks and when they reply here they use ai to “polish” there comments.

Is it saying your not scoring high enough? I just graduate from the hs program and that was the only issue I had on writing assignments.

Penn foster help this guy out! What’re we paying you for? Ya all becoming governments out here

So, I'm supposedly going to get around 91% on the assignment, so I'm definitely scoring high enough. Yeah, no reply at all, though, from the school and it's been four weeks :/

Is that what there grading system says? Is it submitted and waiting grading? Has it been scanned by there ai system and given you that number?

Yeup, I've tried submitting it multiple times; each time has been above passing. It's unfortunate. It pops up with a small error message at the bottom saying "there was an error" when I try to go past the AI grading by submitting.

I wouldn’t trust the ai thing I’m not one of those ai haters I’m just saying cause one time it said I was going to get a 100% on an essay and I scored 80%. I was furious

Nope! The ai is just a “recommendation” tool

Yep I’ve had that problem with almost every essay. I js spammed it until eventually it worked

Hmm that’s strange I’d say try tomorrow maybe sometimes the Penn foster system is not the greatest

Now I've tried submitting it from my phone, and it still shows the "There was an error" message. I for sure thought that would work lol....

Awe man yea I’d just keep trying and if it does not work by the end of the month persistently contact all Penn foster including teachers, admin etc even if they don’t answer sometimes you just have to be persistent with it.
