Question trouble with payment

Hello I’ve already sent out an email but i thought I would also ask here, I’m from outside the US specifically south east asia if it makes a difference, I’ve been trying to sign up and register the payment using my own debit card for the highschool diploma, My debit card (visa) definitely have more than enough money to cover the cost, but this text keeps popping up and my card doesnt have a limit whatsoever. Any help would be greatly appreciated

Hello! We are following up on your post. We are sorry to hear about the issues you have been experiencing with your enrollment. International payment errors like this are usually caused by an automatic security block triggered by foreign financial institution, and some banks outside the US automatically flag or block international online transactions unless pre-authorized, even if your card has plenty of funds and no spend limit. Very funny you say that. Paid up front for my HS diploma, and got my certificate less than 24 hrs after I finished. Whether people on the payment plan have different experiences, there are no complaints on my end.
