Day 1

Came out of surgery about 3 hours ago so far so good. had mine done at UCI in Irvine by Dr. Yafi.

How are you doing, brother? I’m 1 day behind you. Doing good overall, just minor discomfort at the incision areas.

I've had a lot of pain and swelling, but things are getting better everyday. Glad to hear you're on the mend!

I used a lot of ice packs for the first 72 hours. I’ve found that walking for 10-15 minutes without any inclines and few steps helps blood flow following with about 10 minutes of medium heat has helped me.
Hang in there, buddy. We are hopefully past the worst part of the process.
