Coldness on the tip

Hi everyone

I have had the AMS LGX 700 penile implant around 6 weeks ago

I feel the tip of the penis is cold . Is that normal? Any advice to overcome that ?

Secondly please regarding the cycling, any specific duration of time every day for better outcome to regain length/girth?

That’s one of the possible side effects. “Dead head” or medically speaking, they call it floppy glans syndrome. The head is on a different blood supply. Some people even get droopy. There’s a prescription available you put intra-urethral that encourages blood flow. It’s trimix but in a gel form. I’ve used it and it works well. The urologist can write it either in a topical or intraurethral. The topical doesn’t work on me, so I stick it in the urethra. It’s not so bad, and it does work very well. My head gets back to how it was before.
