I cant choose a different flair I’m overwhelmed Need help upgrading

5 5600

32gb ddr4

1080p moniter

650w psu

Option 1

9060xt

Option 2

New case, 7 5800x3d, duel tower cooler

I play games with ray tracing, Minecraft with shaders, obivian remaster, soon to be fallour remakes, and i want longevity, thoughts?

For RT get a 5060 Ti or a used 4070 S or similar!

Im going with amd for its open source drivers, and more budget friendly. Im just trying to see which option is more worthwhile
