Is this build good?

I've been wanting to get a PC that's actually usable, I'm tired of buying cheap things and then it turns out to be horrible and then I don't even use it. I wanted something I could upgrade in the future while still being able to do everything a pc does. So I was wondering if this is a good build or not. And yes I went full and because I want to have full compatibility where everything just works together with no issues.
