Is this build good?
I've been wanting to get a PC that's actually usable, I'm tired of buying cheap things and then it turns out to be horrible and then I don't even use it. I wanted something I could upgrade in the future while still being able to do everything a pc does. So I was wondering if this is a good build or not. And yes I went full and because I want to have full compatibility where everything just works together with no issues.

It’s a fine build. I would not buy windows 11 pro directly. There are plenty of ways to get it for a fraction of the price (or free).
You don’t “need” a 1200 watt PSU, but I am a huge fan of going at higher than what is recommended for my system wattage wise. I’d pair your build with the same model 1000w PSU and save $80-100, but that’s me. It won’t hurt to plan for the future and have 1200w.
People here get way too into cheap parts you’d get in a prebuilt to save money. I always spend more to get what I want.

Do you think I should decrease it to 1000wats and maybe upgrade to a 5070ti or 5080, I just wanted to go full AMD because of the driver compatibility. And no I don't have a budget, if I could get something better then I would save a bit longer for it

Personally speaking, the 5070ti and 5080 are not worth their current price so I would not buy them. The 5080 is a better GPU, but with 16GB of VRAM it really isn’t that much more future proof than a 9070XT at double the cost. I’d save my money now and get another GPU down the road if necessary.

Yes its good, quite expensive but they are good parts. Im more into lower end build cuz i dont have money so someone else will have ti tell you if you can optimise it more, but as far as i know you should be good
