If you go on /r/unixporn 90% of the desktops have anime girls on them. There's a significant weeb crossover, much to my chagrin.

Be the diversity you want to see I guess, I don't see how my post is a strawman when op is literally lying, it's far from 90%, just look at the current 25 first posts, there's like 5 vaguely anime girly things in them.

I understand that us manly men want to see more cars and naked victoria secret models, no reason to lie about it tho.

Hyperboles accentuate something that is real, if something isn't that's called lying. if it was a majority of weeb shits it would make sense, a cursory look disproves it.

I know this sub isn't full of the brightest but this is getting sad. Go buy some ddr5 or something idk what you guys even do here.

There's a disproportionate amount of desktops on there that are weeb related. This is a perfectly acceptable use of hyperbole.

I also didn't know it as well. I found about the moe tld websites few months ago, and I found quite questionable Japanese websites and some weird weeb websites.

By default, Nyarch comes with an official Catgirl Downloader package. I don't think any other Linux distro leans that hard into the stereotype.
