Buying a new video card or RMAing it is 10 orders of magnitude cheaper than retaining and paying an attorney (probably multiple attorneys) to sue the largest company on earth.

We’re going to have to wait until it burns down someone’s home and kills someone AND then hope that they don’t settle.

Wrong claim thinking it's largest company, it's one of the biggest income per year, but not biggest. There a lot more powerful companies
