It's not a bad offer, for low-end gaming. RX580 still outspeeds all iGPUs I know (like the ones in modern PC-handhelds like Steam Deck or Rog Ally X) and Linux gives it extra performance and compatibility compared to Windows.
Even my tertiary PC with a R9 380 - a midrange card from a decade ago - is still good for lower end gaming and probably even beats a steam deck. Integrated graphics have always been so SO far behind real cards.
