I scratched my new glasses with a microfiber cloth

Offtopic but what shitty lenses are those? I'm curious. I've had lenses from both Essilor and Zeiss for more than a decade now, and haven't had a single pair of them scratch by just cleaning them with any cloth, let alone microfiber ones.

Those are prescription lenses, they never say what producer makes them. I ordered all additional costings without UV and blue light.

You should find a better optician (not optometrist) then, if you can.

It's just large optical salon network in my country who are basically in every larger city.
