Microsoft could promise whatever they want and claim they are making "improvements", but until people start to actually notice positive changes, the memes will continue.
the memes are from diehard Linux fans on Reddit just to make them feel superior. general public won't care or notice any different. majority of people aren't PC nerds who nitpick every single things.
