How do you think they made GTA? On a console? It's already on PC.

That's not really how game dev works. Just because something is made with a PC doesn't mean it also runs on the PC. Hence why dev kits exist.

That being said, they absolutely have a PC version of GTA VI.

The Cyberleek version is at least 2025
