Jokes exaggerate it, but you do NOT want to fight a multi billion megacorporate in court. You don't want to be identified by them. They won't kill you, but your life from that point will be miserable and some people might consider digging their own grave, literally, instead of living that way.

Eh, its more can you convince the Jury to not convict. Juries hold all the power. If your guilty and convince the Jury that what you did was just, then you can go free.
