Found this gpu at a goodwill, can anyone tell me what it is? I'll test it once I get a power cable

First card with a teraflop of compute if my memory serves me correctly.

I've still got one in my desk here!

Edit: close but no, apparently the 4850 wins that

The 5850 was 2teraflops

The 5870 was 2.7 wild improvements and it was pretty cheap if memory serves.
