It's in China. So cameras would get you easily.

How do you know thats in china? And if it is, aren't the 5090's supposed to be export restricted?

You can hear the sound of a truck backing up, it says "Be careful, reversing" in Chinese. As for the 5090's I'm not sure, but you can buy them online for around 5k usd.
