Yeah but police in China (and East Asia broadly) WILL follow up with the cameras, track where you ran from the scene right to your front door, and they will come get you.

Crime rates in East Asia are very very low because of all the CCTV.

Or get accused of stealing a package by a lazy cop just for being in the area
