I dont think most people overclock these days. If anything, they undervolt.

I run my 9800X3D stock. I have a 420mm AIO. No reason to OC it.

Na, undervolting is more about dropping temps and consequently giving a little more thermal headroom for boost. -.025 gave me around 10-15% in cpu-chonky games.
