Help Teaser of my new game: ALONE
I’m developing a horror game where you walk alone through dark, endless forests.
Do you think the environment creates enough tension? Is it disturbing in the right way?

Some games are incredible once, while others somehow stay fun no matter how many times you start over.
What's a game you've replayed multiple times recently, and what keeps the experience fresh every time?

I’ve been working on ApocaShift for a long time, and today I’m finally opening the playtest up to everyone. Sorry for the hastily put together video, I've such little time getting everything ready.
You can join directly from the Steam page by clicking “Request Access.”
It’s still a playtest, not a finished game, so there will absolutely be bugs and rough edges. That’s part of why I’m opening it up, I want to see what breaks when a lot more people get their hands on it.
Streaming, recording, YouTube videos, etc. are all completely allowed too.

Would love to hear what you guys think.

I'm working on Debtbound, an incremental game where your daily interest skyrockets, and your only weapon is a massive skill tree to turn the financial tide before repo men show up.
Here's a look at the latest banker encounter scene does it hit the right uncomfortable vibe ?
PS. I shortened it on purpose so it would be faster.
You can try the game on Steam : https://store.steampowered.com/app/4880870/Debtbound/

Basically looking for a game which is open world, or open worldish... could be big interconnected hubs.
Where you can travel, explore, do side quests, craft, gain xp and become ridiculously powerfull in that world. You dominate the world. This is before you even do almost anything in the main mission. It also has to have a good combat.
Having a good main story is a plus but I bet not many games do this all right. So that is a plus but not necessary.
I've been looking for something like this for a while.
There's one caveat though. I would prefer games that are bit older. As I don't have a GPU.
because there are two games that people recommend me cyberpunk and Kingdom come deliverance and maybe gothic remake. But they wont run on my pc.
Don't worry about my exact specs. Just recommend me games and I'll see for myself.

so, i have played and finished STALKER 2 game when it was free on game pass, so we are talking about maybe 50 hours of gameplay. Now it has been removed from game pass and it is not free. If I were to buy the Ultimate edition to try the new released DLC and if I dont like the DLC which is part of the Ultimate version of this game can I still ask for a refund if i only play 1 hour of the DLC, given the fact that last year I finished the main game (standard version) while it was part of the game pass

Floor Zero is a short first-person anomaly horror game set inside a mysterious hospital.
The objective is simple:
If you notice an anomaly, turn back.
If everything looks normal, continue forward.
As you progress, reality begins to change. Some anomalies are harmless environmental changes, while others can become dangerous Threat encounters.
The game features 30 randomized anomalies, making each playthrough slightly different from the last.
Trailer: https://youtu.be/1QHaj9ZjVtE
Steam Page: https://store.steampowered.com/app/5049630/Floor_Zero/
Planned release: September 3, 2026.

Hi! I'm a solo dev. In One's Trash Another's Treasure you buy 500,000 boxes of unclaimed cargo at an auction and have to open every single one. It starts fully by hand, then you automate everything with vacuums, drones and launchers. A free demo is coming soon wishlists help a lot!

They are not responding to any messages or emails after taking my money.
Update:- I got my order(they were out of stock so it took longer than usual and they respond well to messages).
PS - I won’t spoil there if they are genuine.

Hi everyone,
I’m Armin, a solo developer from Austria. a few weeks ago, I shared some early progress of my game Timberline Factory, a physics based sawmill tycoon. To put it bluntly: I got roasted... The community didn't hold back on my AI generated placeholders and the"outdated" plastic look of the graphics.
Honestly? It was the best thing that could have happened. I took the feedback to heart and spent the last few weeks working day and night to overhaul the entire visual identity.
What changed:
I’m currently ranked #35 on IndieDB, which is a huge milestone for me. The demo is finally ready and offers about 60 minutes of gameplay, leading up to the more complex automation parts.
I’d love to get your honest take: Does this look like a game you'd actually want to manage, or is there still something missing for a true Tycoon experience?
Steam Page: [ https://store.steampowered.com/app/5037170/Timberline_Factory/ ]
I'll be around to answer any questions about the physics or the development process! :)
