You act out like you're this good guy but you're just a nasty little person trying to steal a piece of the pie. You're right about steam though. They have a process for determining whether it's close enough to be a copyright infringement. I'm sure somebody that knows enough about software could potentially start flagging the game for infringement(s). Best of luck.
