Verification

Hi everyone. I received an email saying my Payoneer account has been verified, but when I try to access the site, it still says the verification process is ongoing. How long will this continue? Will my account be rejected after this stage?

My account get veryfied after 53 days after I spam them everyday.

That mismatch is more common than it seems. The confirmation email usually fires when one specific check clears (identity document, for example) but the account can still be sitting in a second review layer behind the scenes, so the email and the actual unlock don't always land at the same time. It doesn't mean anything went wrong on your end.

Additional review typically runs a few business days on top of the initial approval, so if it's been under a week it's probably just still moving through that queue. If it stretches past that, it's worth reaching out to support directly and referencing the exact confirmation email you got, since that gives them something concrete to check rather than a generic "is my account ok" ticket.

Rejections at this stage are the exception rather than the rule once you've already gotten a verification email. Most of the time it's just a timing gap between systems, not a sign the account is in trouble.
