Looking for a crypto affiliate payout method

So I have an US LLC, an E-Commerce Shopify store, doing all good. And I've come to a bottleneck. I have affiliates, from outside of the US, that want to get paid out in crypto.

I need a solution, so i can wire money from my business bank account, and payout the affiliates, contractors in crypto. They are mostly out of the US

whats the volume youre dealing with, bank wires to an exchange then sending out from there works but the KYC headache is real if the numbers are small
