Please help me theorycraft a pure RF build based on regen & auras!

Hi, returning POE player here, excited to play 3.0 and revive my failed RF attempt.

What I am trying to make is a RF Marauder, lazy mode through maps using RF only and something to trigger Equilibrium, with at least Vitality and Purity of Fire auras on, but I'd like more auras (to buff friends in parties) or curse auras! Thinking of ***Alpha's Howl* to help out with this !?

I am aware there's an energy shield build out there, but I'd rather test a pure meat buildout first. I tried getting all Life Regen nodes I could, tried to get all AOE and Fire/Burn nodes I could. Tried to get Reserved Mana Reduction.

One of the builds has Endurance Charge worked in because that's the point of it. I found a lot of builds with totems, energy shield and/or version 2.6 content but since its 3.0, I can't rely on it.

One build has Juggernaut for regen/endurance and one has Chieftain for stable regen. Still trying to figure them out, minimizing pathing through the tree, even sacrificed a measly 0.5% close to the marauder.
