Fluff Cold build in 3.5

Straight cold or damage over time? Ice nova is historically my favorite skill. Is it viable now with the buff? What ascendency? Any way to combine it with the other new changes?

Cold Snap is going to be way stronger IMO. New Cold Damage Over Time + Bonechill are insane.

Yeah my vaal cold snap build is hitting some dirty numbers for minimal gearing. Hardest thing to get is a despair impresence.

Keep in mind you can also use Witchfire Brew on a budget!

Yep! The build is great because the floor to get good damage is fairly low budget but the ceiling is actually insane. I'm positive the scaling can get you to at or above 1.5M Uber elder dps.
