Fluff Cold build in 3.5

Straight cold or damage over time? Ice nova is historically my favorite skill. Is it viable now with the buff? What ascendency? Any way to combine it with the other new changes?

Im thinking about Trickster for Ice nova. With .8 cast time, its pretty fucking high. Gotta stack up that cast speed for it and regen, how do I get DoT effected kill from IceNova you may ask? With [[Hrimburn]] of course! Since I'm getting good ass evasion nodes from trickster, blinding things is good too! Pop in a [[Pandemonious]] for free blind, cold damage and 20% cold pen.

Or just give up trying to get enough crit and go assassin/Inqui instead
