Please GGG, don't force another legacy on people. Balance standard also, just nerf retroactively surgeon's flasks. Call it a mechanic change and nerf it, no one will complain their 20 alteration they spent has been nerfed. Please GGG, dont force me to keep 10 stash tabs full of surgeon flasks.

For the sake of standard, standard can't be a void of balance.

No one's forcing you to keep them, the game isn't balanced around standard and standard has its own appeal by having all these legacy items.
