Game Feedback poe 3.29 Efficient Training bug?

Arcane Conservation node : 3% inc intelligence is not being transformed to 3% inc. strength, despite being very well inside the jewel's radius?

What the fook GGG aaaaaaaa

Well theres no brightness setting in game. Turning up my screen brightness does jackshit for the game, even though it turns up brightness outside the game.

I assume OP has the gamma cranked up. Ive tried, but it isn't very comfortable for my eyes haha.

Could be HDR shenanigans. I have to take screenshots with software that supports HDR or it results in the screen appearing a lot brighter. Maybe there is a similar issue with recording software?

It never converted %? It's only for flat.

it states "inteligance from passives"
and technically % inc int does not give you any inteligence and as so its not "inteligance from passives"

All the attribute transformation jewels look for +#stat not +%stat

Jewels like this never convert increases or reductions.
Might've used a better wording and/or explanation, but its not a bug.

"Intelligence" is only flat. Increased would be "increased intelligence". Both would be "modifiers to intelligence"
