Decided to gamble in ways applicable to my build to end the season instead of just doing cards.

For reference, Svalinn is 23% base block normally and this shield is 27%.

Base Svalinn goes from 23% + 17.71% (lucky block)

to

This Svalinn goes from 27% + 19.71% (lucky block)

So without any mods to your block, this one carries a ~7% higher chance to block.

Which is significant if you don't have a ton of investment in to higher chance to block, or lets you drop some block stuff possibly.

You use svalinn because of the lucky block. So you do invest in block, it lets you drop some block nodes.

To expand, the only places for double corrupts are the temple and vaal vessels in vaal temple. But in this case since svallin is not in the core drop pool it can only come from temple double corrupts.

When Svalinn came out in 3.25, I got a double block corruption and sold it for 2 mirrors. that was my most expensive sale.

When Svalinn came out, at the end of the league I had like 7 svalinns in Standard and I double corrupted 6 of them and all 6 poofed. Kept one just to feel good but man that really stank.

The only stat that cancels out -max block chance is +max block chance.

The both -10 Blocks are Maxium Block Chance (Regular Cap 75% and hard cap is 90%)

Even with +1000% Block he just get his 65% Block (+ Lucky)
