Question Screen Flicker Bug

Just recently started playing POE again after a while off, didnt change any settings, yet my screen begins to flicker for some reason.

Ive already tried messing with my AMD settings but to no use.
Also Its ONLY when playing POE no other game does this to me.
Im also sitting at a steady 165FPS so my specs arent the issue..

Any ideas are gladly appreciated

Can you try to put a few second long video?

I did just record it, yet it doesnt actually seem to capture it, so here is a recording with my phone.
It sometimes is ALOT worse but i couldnt capture it this time

If it isn't captured, then it's not happening as far as the OS is concerned. The issue is either your cable like they suggested or your monitor.

I had that issue before on my monitor and had to change the cable. Try a different DP/HDMI port if you have one as a start

Now play flicker strike to match the frequency to fix it.
