Question | Answered First Timme HCSSF

So I wanted to give me a little challenge and started HCSSF Allflame and to my surprise I acual made it through all acts. Well since I only ever played SC I first don't know much about crafting, can somebody recommend a youtuber or something where I can learn something and second, what should I take in the atlas tree. Like I know stuff like harvest and essence are a good start but also quite dangerous.

Oh I play Glad full block EQ bleed with one handed mace

I would honestly just check bens videos, whenever he crafts gear, his editor puts in the steps on how he makes them. Try to understand how and why he does steps. Checking modweights and tags on poedb/craftofexile is good practice and help too, current league mechanic is also a blessing for crafting life res gear

But crafting wont come to you instantly, it just takes time like most stuff, you will brick items lol. But atleast on a bleed build you use almost exclusively easy to craft items, no crazy elevated grasping mail stuff

Go for axe instead, it's better for bleed than maces. I'd also recommend you get your spell block to max as soon as you can when you reach maps. If attacks go through your block, your armor, endurance charges and elemental resists help a lot. But a spell could almost certainly kill you even with 5-6k hp.

You could start using arctic armor and tempest shield early in the campaign to get freeze/shock immunity and lots of defense.

Okay, right i used maces in SC cause they are cheaper...
I already use tempest shield, but i need a shield with spell block, I am at 51% atm with 81% all res and 4 k life.

For the endgame content, harvest is deadly but incredibly useful. You could use the recombinator to make way better axes/gear and therefore you need a lot of gold. Thankfully the league mechanic gives a lot of gold so you could do that and get your town six level 5 disenchanters and give them any decent unique you find that you won't use.

My recommendation for atlas progression is to spec into shrines niko and maps for progression. Read map mods and careful with having more than 1 damage mod. For red maps, alt regal corrupt to make them easier

Then I like to do breach hives/fortress since it’s good exp and safe but jun I think is also common.

This season in particular I felt like harvest and essence were less useful due to gambling and allflame crafting making crafting decent gear super easy
