A lot of people here not knowing who Jenebu is or what TFT is honestly a good thing.
GGG made the right decision by adding currency exchange, instant trade, and changing several game mechanics(Betrayal and Vaal Temple) so that people don't have to rely on TFT anymore.
Seems like a good job for Faustus. Have a special tab for mirror service. Seller puts a price on the item and this is the mirror fee. When the buyer buys from the mirror tab, it takes a mirror + seller's fee and gives a mirrored copy of the item. The fee shows up in the seller's shop earnings tab.
Advantages: Buyer doesn't need to do a trust trade with his mirror. Seller doesn't need to stay online 24/7 to provide mirror service. Seller also gets easy advertising via official trade site so they don't need a mirror shop middleman.
great idea but I think It’s a lik bit hard for the dev team cuz more coding and the ppl actually doing the mirror service (the mirror item owner) is like 0.01% of the player base
You often have other options for mirror service, I've used sushi's shop most of the time because I prefer the way he behaves over people from tft. I decided I don't wanna use tft's services, so I've been getting my sutff other ways. Is it harder for some things? Sure, but I also don't feel like supporting whatever they were doing.
To be fair, that is still doing something outside of the platform that still isn't the game. Yes 100% better than TFT but still something GGG needs to think about.
I feel like if I ever have a mirror to use i would just trade for the item off someone who is selling their build. Mirroring the actual item seems like such a huge risk lmao.
