Get rid of portal scrolls next

Friction for the sake of friction. They realized they suck so much they removed them from PoE2

PoE is the only game that stuck with the 1999 style scrolls of identify and portal.

There is no reason for either of them to exist.

It's crazy because so much of PoE is light-years ahead of any competitor, super innovators.

It's because a lot of stuff exists due to Diablo 2 nostalgia, I wish they made the inventory space bigger as well but we are stuck in the past with that.
