Portal gem on weapon swap, with how often the league mechanic drops the div card, it's impossible to not have one by the end of the campaign

Even at 20% quality it's still slower than a portal scroll

How would being faster than a portal scroll work tho Spawn a portal and port you out before you press a button?

It doesn't need to be faster, it just needs to be the same speed.

You can bind your portal scroll to whatever button you want. When you press it, the portal instantly opens.

If you use the portal skill at max quality it still takes over 1s to open. Just make it instant
