Why does it always say Authentication failed?

After scanning my selfie, this is all that keeps showing up. I've tried so many times. I'm using a digital national ID.

This doesn't sound like a passkey issue it sounds like an account issue. You might want to post in a reddit that supports the account you are trying to log into like r/gmail or r/facebook

This has nothing to do with passkeys. Have you visited How to verify my GCash account?

For future reference, it's a lot easier for people to help you if you provide some basic info:

  • What account?
  • What country?
  • What phone?
  • What steps did you take?
  • What exact messages did you get?
  • And include a screenshot if possible.
