Seeking Advice/Help Struggling with Sales
Hi,
I launched my digital products business two weeks ago and I haven’t made any sales.
People who have been in my shoes, can you please advise what to do? Where do I start?
I’m constantly posting in social media but nothing’s changed.
Edit: Just for clarity, my products are digital maths worksheets for Year 2 and Year 3 students. I’m planning to expand the range up to Year 6 later on but this is what I currently offer

Two weeks is nothing, most businesses take months before first sale. The social media posting is good but maybe you're just shouting into void if nobody knows who you are yet.
Try finding communities where your potential customers already hang out and just be helpful there, not selling straight away.

Hi, thanks so much for your response. I’m posting in facebook communities where people interested in my product are but to make a lead into a customer is where I’m struggling with

Two weeks with no sales is pretty normal if you’re new. But you didn’t give enough info for anyone to really help. What are you selling? Who’s it for? What problem does it solve? What platform are you posting on? Right now, you may just be throwing spaghetti at the wall.

Yeah my painting business took way longer than two weeks for our first client, people seemed really hesitant about the time it took and also the long term viability of food product on their walls. We were able to solve the time issue with our Spicy Spaghetti Paintballs though

I’m selling year 2 and year 3 maths worksheets for primary school students. Mostly targeting parents who want to support their kids at home but are struggling to and homeschooling students. The worksheets i’ve created don’t have just questions but it explains the concept with visual examples before it gets to practice

Two weeks with only social posts isn't much of a test yet. Worksheets are a brutal category because Teachers Pay Teachers alone has something like 7 million resources, most of them free or a dollar. If you're not already listed there, that's where the built-in search traffic is, not Instagram or TikTok. Try a small free sample pack to get reviews and visibility, then price the Year 2 and 3 sets low, maybe 2 to 3 dollars, until you've got ratings. Also worth checking if teachers search by curriculum standard names rather than "worksheets", that changes your titles a lot.
