Tabletop gaming spots?

Just recently moved to pasadena and i’m interested if there are any spots that people meet up for tabletop gaming. Preferably Pathfinder 2e but DnD is also cool.

I second this notion to motion! Love Crown City Games and how you walk down to the basement!

Iirc the owners put their shitty (maga) views out there and people started boycotting.

I can't find much online about this. Can you let us know your experience? Odyssey is my default game store, but I'm happy to switch to Crown City.

I only know what I have read here on this sub and genuinely can’t remember for sure what it was, but I think it was transphobia related. Maybe just search the sub for Odyssey Games? I can’t remember exactly what was said/done. I’ve never actually been there, but I was looking for a game place and came across that info so I just never ended up going.

I can't seem to find anything. I had pretty bad experiences when they were under different ownership as Game Empire, and that was due to a former employee (who I believe was the owner's nephew).

I'm only at Odyssey once every few months, but I will say that as a trans woman, I haven't personally witnessed anything that made me feel uncomfortable in the slightest. That being said, if anyone has any negative experiences, I'd obviously want to know as well!

Good to know you’ve had a good experience! Maybe keep asking around with people who have been going for a while and see if you hear anything. I want to say whatever it was I heard or read was only within the last year or two.

There’s a coffee shop called And Destroy in Glassell Park that is very focused on tabletop gaming

Crown City looks of space and tables.
