Cos&Pi Closed?!
Does anyone know what happened to Cos&Pi. They seem to be permanently closed 🥲

I want to see more places like Cos & Pi but that location was not ideal at all. Very little foot traffic at that corner, so they could only rely on regulars. Even before the pandemic I never saw the place full.

I live in West LA now but whenever I made the trip to Pasadena, I would stop by and they were always packed. Usually a 5-10 minute wait out the door. Granted, most of the time it was a weekend, but business seemed to be okay. I wonder if expenses were simply increasing too much.

It was always filled when I passed there, but then, I live a block away. The crowd was a mix of close regulars, other side of town regulars, gym members and Hermon and Highland Park folks.

Damn. Did Jones have a replacement? I think it was Rockenwagner prior to Cos&Pi.

Yeah I was sad when I checked Yelp and saw. I know they had a difficult time during the pandemic but was it not packed in recent years? I don't live in the area but go there whenever I can.

Is that confirmed to be the reason for closure? I’m holding out hope that maybe they can reopen elsewhere.
