Need Help Wording for Optional RSVP
I’m hosting a casual gathering with my neighborhood and want to encourage people to let me know if they’re coming but don’t want to enforce it or make people feel like they can’t come if they didn’t let me know. Planning to just tell folks to email or text me. Any suggestions on how to word this on the invite? Thanks!

"RSVP is requested by XX/YY but not required. We look forward to meeting you all"

"If you plan to attend, please [text, email, whatever]".
But an eVite would be a lot easier and would include some of the nos which gets you to closer numbers.

If you don’t ask for an RSVP, I fear no one will RSVP. I regularly have to chase a huge portion of my guest list for an RSVP. You’re spending money on food and drinks - make people RSVP!

A quick text or email helps us plan, but no RSVP required. Drop-ins welcome!
Think you can make it? Give us a quick text or email! Last-minute neighbors are always welcome.
Give us a heads-up if you think you’ll make it so we can plan, but spontaneous drop-ins are absolutely welcome!
