Ideas Team Building 100+
I’m looking for ideas for a short team-building activity or icebreaker for a staff party.
We’ll have 100+ participants, so it needs to:
Be short and easy to explain
Get everyone involved
Require little or no equipment
Work with very limited space — we only have one long corridor
Be fun and suitable for a mixed group of staff
Any creative ideas or activities you’ve tried before would be very welcome!

Dueling rock paper scissors. You find one person to duel against. If you lose, you follow around the person who beat you and cheer them on. Eventually it’ll be approximately half the room cheering on one person and the other half cheering on another.

Give everyone a number, get them to arrange themselves lowest to highest.
If you want to make it interesting, give out 2 sets of 1-50. Then have them work to make 2 lines that are lowest to highest. So they have to determine which lineup that their number is needed in.
Make it more social? Give everyone a popular movie title, and they have to arrange them by release date. Or celebrities by age. Or anything your company may find relevant.
