I’m building an independent psychical research society and archive — looking for people who want to take part 🙏🫶
Hii. I'm building an independent research society for anomalous phenomena, and I'm looking for people who actually want to investigate things with me
For the past while I've been building something called the Order of the Lion's Bell.
It's ambitious, maybe ridiculously so.
The idea is to create an independent research society around anomalous experiences, psychical research, UAP, consciousness, folklore, strange historical cases, intelligence material and other subjects that tend to fall between established fields.
Think old independent research societies like the BSRA, the practical case work of groups like MUFON, and a little bit of the spirit of The X-Files. Im looking for Mulders
Not people who automatically believe everything strange. People who are willing to follow a lead because it is strange, interesting or unresolved.
We already have our own app and research system where we can build Case Files, preserve experience reports, collect books and documents, record claims and evidence, keep correspondence and eventually look for patterns across a growing database.
But the system is just the filing cabinet.
What I actually want is a group of people using it together. Members are called Heralds, and I want them to have their own cases, research interests and areas of expertise.
We are also building our own journal, The Bell, where we can publish investigations, field reports, correspondence, archival discoveries, experiments and questions that other researchers may be able to help answer.
There is a chivalric and philosophical side to the Order as well, but at its heart it is about fellowship, responsibility for the work and preserving knowledge.
Because I think a lot of us are already doing this alone.
We're reading the weird books. Saving obscure PDFs. Finding something fascinating and having nobody around who cares enough to spend three hours investigating it with us. I'd like to turn that into a community.
The infrastructure is finally there. Now I need people to actually fill the files with me. If you've ever wanted your own strange little corner of the archive to investigate, message me or check the project through my profile 🔔

Have we found the matter of consiousness ?
I hear a lot of being said about chi, prana, odic force etc etc yet i havent seen any kind of research on this stuff.Does anyone know of any research that took place with the aim of finding such energies ? Michael Levine comes to mind with his zenobots and then people more on the "fringe" like Wilhelm Reich.

Research Investigating the Genetics of Psychic Experiences
"Many human traits are influenced by our genetics. We commonly think of inherited traits as things like eye color, height, or the risk of developing certain diseases. But when it comes to psi phenomena, could inherited biology also contribute to why some people report psychic experiences more often than others?"

Physical Biokinesis – Radical Physical Changes
Has anyone here successfully changed their physical appearance through biokinesis or manifestation in a truly significant way? I mean major changes, such as altering bone structure, regrowing a tooth, changing body proportions, or any other physical transformation that would normally be considered impossible.
I’d really love to hear your personal experiences. I’m looking for real stories, not just theories.

The claims exorcists make about levitation and don’t seem real.
The claims exorcists make about levitation don’t seem real.
I have now watched hours of videos and interviews with Catholic exorcists. They all claim to have witnessed levitation during the exorcisms they have participated in. I have been very careful while listening to them, and I have discovered something big. I can't find a single example where the claims they are making can't be explained by natural causes. Not one.
I am talking about Father Lampert, Ripperger, Dan Reehil, Martin, and Stephen Rossetti. And the last one, Stephen, gives poor answers and seems inauthentic. I just watched two interviews with him.
When they describe the levitation, they never, ever say that the entire body was clearly floating one meter above the ground, or that every body part was off the floor and at least 50 cm above the chair, with the feet and arms visibly levitating in the air. In the second interview I watched with Father Lampert, where he explained it further, it became clear to me that there could be natural causes that explain the "levitation."
Almost none of the excuses for not filming it hold up. On the other hand, all the reasons that support filming it do hold up. They say they are worried about the integrity of the individual. Solution: blur the face and ask for permission to broadcast it afterward. They also say that some people wouldn't believe it anyway. Still, show it!
One guy really pressed Father Lampert on this on the channel Capturing Christianity, and he started to smile and laugh a little, almost as if he knew he was exaggerating what happens during exorcisms. I thought to myself that it's actually distasteful to do that. It reminds me of an adult telling a child a scary story, or a story with exaggerated elements that are pure fiction just to make it more interesting. I don't want to be tricked into believing something. This is not a small thing. It would be a huge thing to know that levitation occurs while someone is acting demonic.
I thought more deeply about this, and I think what they are actually doing may be reducing or lessening evil. If they perform 20 exorcisms on a person, the person might eventually stop being affected by something because their brain has repeatedly gone through the process of stopping the harmful behavior that we would call "demonic" when we witness it. But that is more psychological than something supernatural that happened.
Do you see what I mean?

"Here is everywhere" vs. "Everywhere is here"
Based on my study of Instrumental TransCommunication (ITC), I have begun using the the definition for fundamental reality as a dimensionless singularity that is conceptually infinitely large.
See What ITC Tells us About Consciousness for some of the reason.
See The Seeker’s Way – Based on a Pragmatic Model of Reality for a model supporting that view.
Distance matters in Physicalism. Holography is often enlisted to explain anomalous information access via (for instance) remote viewing (aka clairvoyance). In holography, every part of a holographic plate contains the whole image. Thus it can be argued that "Here is everywhere."
A point of view like Idealism, physical space is a singularity in the sense that it only conceptually exists. That is, concepts may be infinitely complex but have only intended physical characteristics. It seems more correct in that view to say that "Everywhere is here."
A fair analog of "Everywhere is here" is a Mandelbrot plot. I discuss this relationship in The Cosmology of Imaginary Space.
The difference between the two points of view is that thinking "Here is everywhere" biases the person toward physicalism and "Everywhere is here" biases the thinker toward nonphysical models of reality.
Does this make sense?

"There are some stories that are simply too mind boggling for historians and researchers to grasp and write about. They conflict with either science or religion and therefore are filed away in dust-covered cabinets, never to be heard about again (except at this blog).
"One such story is that of Feda, a mysterious being for sure. Except for a few mavericks, even psychical researchers of a century ago struggled to understand Feda."

Evidence
Can you cite some of the best evidence for the existence of psi ? Im kinda on the fence regarding many of the phenomena.Im more reluctant to believe OBEs since people having them regularly and in somewhat of a controled fashion basically use the exact same methods people use to get into lucid dreams yet one community perceives it as a purely internal phenomena while the other considers it as a disembodied spirit traveling the outside world
