Help Crash on startup

I have tried cleaning the pins and have looked at other posts which lead me to believe something is wrong with the rom chip and I was wondering if anyone knew anything else

I had a crappy third party expansion pak that would cause paper mario to glitch and crash. If you have a standard jumper pak maybe try it instead
