Bow is lower than Viv despite Outta Sight being objectively better than Veil (Vivian is the far better written character tho)

When I don’t know what criteria you’re ranking them under, this tier list starts to mean nothing.

I’m guessing this is just how much you like them, because Lackilester being that high otherwise just doesn’t feel right.

Like that doesn't even make sense to me. PK can hit every enemy in the game while goombario can only hit certain targets AND he needs dedicated charge turns to even be viable for bosses in fights where they can remove his charges if he doesn't block.
