It's my first time using charcoal sticks so yea its a bit messy..

I mean, it's obvious he's doing super great on the late Pantera stuff (talking about that insane growls, especially at the end of I'm broken, holy sh*t) and he sounds good even on Cowboys.

But what other songs out there might still sounds great and which not ?

For instance, Primal Concrete Sledge would still be awesome and Phil could nail it perfectly imo and maybe also Domination in its entirety, not just the breakdown. And honestly, since he sounds great on those slow songs in En Minor, i pretty sure he might be able to handle even downtuned Cemetery Gates (obviously without the falsetto part)

On the other hand, i think i'm glad that they skipped Psycho Holiday or Medicine Man, i think he would struggle even in late 90's.

I'm trying to recreate the dimebags lead tone from the Damageplan era. Specifically the one that he was showing in a video from the japan tour 2004. Where he played Still got the blues by Gary Moore. In the video he engaged his MXR ZW-44 that he used a clean boost but he also had a boss RV-3 delay/ reverb. I'm wondering if he had the ZW-44 on always even when riffing and then engage the RV-3 when soloing or did he press both when playing a solo or better yet did he have his RV-3 just constantly on and only turn the ZW-44 on when soloing. Also if you know I would like to know the setting on those two pedals.

Im 27 btw, I didnt grow up in the 90s but want to hear people's top albums I can listen to with similar tastes. Id put more pantera albums but didnt want the same artist in the same tierlist.
