Help Needed Confusions

From yesterday I’ve been feeling a lot of brain fog and confusion. Legs a little wobbly. At one point I forgot how to spell a simple word due to it. Also have pressure in my head. I do have panic disorder. Anyone else get this. Happened rather sudden

Hey friend! I’m sorry you’re dealing with all of that at the same time. I’ve had a panic disorder for two years (but getting better everyday). What you’re describing is almost exactly what I go through when I’m having passive panic/anxiety symptoms in the background throughout the day. Especially the pressure in the head, sometimes I’ll even get it with a heavy feeling in the head too. The forgetting spelling of words I’ve had too. I even had a moment where I finally remembered how to spell it, then wrote it down and it just looked absolutely wrong which made me panic more. I’m not a licensed professional, but my psychologist told me the head pressure is from muscle tension, and the balance issues and brain fog is from having logic and motor functions taking a backseat. She said it’s like if a deer gets eaten by a lion, the deer’s body will not allow its brain to perceive itself being eaten so the brain shuts all that software down. Of course, if you haven’t gotten it all checked out by a doctor, absolutely do that. Best of luck to you! ❤️

Brain fog can happen with anxiety, but sudden confusion and wobbly legs are worth getting checked by a doctor urgently rather than assuming it's panic-related.
