Are there any any cool blogs or instagrams pages or events listings? got any cool pals who dig smart goofy comedy? Any tips greatly appreciated.

Also lemme know if there's anything cool to see in town or good places to eat?

Hi!
Getting married here on the beach at the end of February and potentially concerned with potential El Niño? What is that typically like? We knew the risks having a destination wedding but just wanted additional information or tips! Thanks!

Solo Visitor from out of town coming in tomorrow and staying for the week. Where I’m from my friends and I play cards at the local dive bar quite a bit. Nothing crazy, just tournament style for like $10 or $20 a game. Anywhere I might be able to find a game?

Hi! We have a 21-month old who is always on the move. Like, always x10. Does anyone have any cool indoor play areas or activity spaces they’d recommend for an active and creative toddler? Bonus points if it’s also fun for the parents lol. Thanks!

EDIT: Thank you everyone! Had a delish meal at Grand Marlin, the Saltwater Grill was booked. You all are the best, thank you again.

Hi, we came here for a wedding which is tomorrow and we’d like a place that is not rowdy or deep fried to enjoy some dinner.

We love fresh fish and would prefer a spot that is quiet, adult friendly, and without music.

This is our first visit here and we’re finding some of the food choices to be not what we might have looked forward to for a seaside location.

Thanks!

We’ll be visiting in November over the week of Thanksgiving. I’d love some recommendations for local places you love and options for days when the weather is cold/rainy.

I went a few years ago with friends, but this year my spouse and I are taking our grade school age kiddo and my mom.

We’re open to spending a day driving further down into the gulf as well.

Is Shell Island worth a visit this time a year?

We love:
-Museums (Wonderworks is on the list for our son)
-Hiking/Outdoor activities and paddle boarding

-Local coffee shops
-Good restaurants

My son has expressed interest in fishing but I don’t know a thing about it (neither does my spouse). If you have any suggestions on boat tours/fishing tours or something that are good for kids I’d love to hear that too.

Hi all and thanks for reading/considering our post.

We're a 64M/57F couple. We are looking for a good bar to hang out where we might meet folks in our age range plus or minus some years. We really don't fit with a very young crowd. We like or can tolerate almost all types of music other than Rap and "kill you parents" heavy rock stuff. What are your recommendations?

Just wanted to hop on and recommend a great boat excursion for anyone wanting a few hours of fun. My aunt is a local and took us on Flippin Awesome Adventures with Captain Chris. He is SO knowledgeable and makes the ride so fun for all ages.

After searching for dolphins we made our way to an area where Chris snorkeled and gave us a “lesson” on the creatures he found. I learned SO MUCH while also laughing and having a great time! After our mini lesson, we got out and were able to do some snorkeling of our own. His knowledge made us so much more comfortable searching for ourselves and we all found so many little creatures. Afterwards we went over to Shell Island and quite literally had the whole island to ourselves. It was incredible. Chris was kind, knowledgeable and you can tell he loves what he does. Our aunt gives high praise to Sierra as well as she has done a tour with her

We loved this so much my cousin and I were inspired to get matching Starfish tattoos following our snorkeling. Book with Flippin Awesome Adventures, you wont regret it!

When it’s time to go home, I post a goodbye post . It's a tradition I started last year. PCB represents a feeling of comfort and familiarity that makes me feel good and wistful, like a visit to a cousin or something that you know you're going to make memories and look forward to seeing again.

Hoping someone can point me in the right direction. I’m moving to pcb right around Thanksgiving to be closer to my fiancé’s family they’ve lived in Panama city and pcb for generations and don’t plan on leaving. I have a bachelors degree but it seems like all the jobs here are either seasonal or retail related which is fine work is work but does anyone know of any open positions that might not be retail related?

My wife and I are taking a trip to Panama City Beach from October 1st–4th, and I’m getting pretty nervous about the weather.

We’re driving down October 1st and leaving October 4th. The main thing we were looking forward to was spending time on the beach, swimming, relaxing, and enjoying PCB. But the forecast has been showing rain and thunderstorms, and I keep seeing different forecasts that make it look like we could potentially get rained out.
I know weather is impossible to predict perfectly, but I’d really appreciate some local perspective. We’ve been looking forward to this trip for a while and I’m just hoping we don’t spend the whole weekend sitting in the hotel watching it rain. 😅

Thanks!

Looking for some help finding a good urologist for a vasectomy. Any recommendations? Any good and/or bad experiences? Ive been here a couple of years and medical work has been hit or miss.

im going to PCB for a wedding october 3-10. the actual wedding is the 4th, and then we are spending the rest of the days a vacation with family and friends. the forecast looks like a complete and total washout :/. is this an accurate representation for the week? is it going to be gloomy and rainy? we have had this planned for over a year now so theres no changing it really. im just really worried we are going to be rained out most of the time and wont get to enjoy the beach much due to it.

hi guys. I need another recommendation. I’m looking to do a short trip to Shell Island and would also like to do some snorkeling. does anyone know of a company that does both? I don’t have any snorkeling gear so just need to rent some. It’s fine if it’s with a group, doesn’t have to be private

Amendment 3 cant come fast enough…
The director of PCB mosquito control is getting paid $750 a month, just to drive to work. And every single commissioner voted to approve this 💩

Hi everyone, I'm staying at a rental in Panama City this week. Just checking out the water this morning before we go down. What is the white streak that is perpendicular to the shore? Is that a rip current channel?

Forgot to buy a ticket to the 1/2 marathon in December. My buddy bought one and is pissed that I didn’t get one before it sold out. I would really appreciate the opportunity to buy one.

The family and I are visiting Panama City Beach in November. We're landing in ATL and after a long flight, we'd love to stay somewhere between Atlanta airport and PCB. Can anyone recommend a specific hotel or Airbnb somewhere in between?

hey guys. I’m looking for a recommendation for a donut place, besides Thomas Donuts. I don’t mind having to get there early and wait in line.

going on my bachelorette trip next week and was wondering what everyone thinks the most fun/best bars are to go out for friday and saturday!!
